The Good Life

Once again much has happened since March. I look back and realize that I truly have a rich, rich life. These boys fill my heart with gladness. Here are some of the things that have been happening to our family since I last blogged.
Tanner has really started liking his baby food, and Carter enjoys feeding him...
Okay maybe Carter doesn't really enjoy feeding him as much as he likes to eat it!
Yes, Carter still loves baby food.
Early in April, Kevin,
Melanie, and Grayson braved coming to our home for a visit.
These two loved playing with each other. They are only 3 weeks apart, and although Grayson is much larger, Tanner is really the one who is older.
Tanner has taken baths in our sink that include a personal entertainer.
I love watching these boys play!
We've built a sandbox for our backyard...
Okay Brian really did that.
This is a common way for the boys to get taken up to bed. They have the best Daddy and it really is a good thing he has large muscles. :0)!
Went on walks in our springy neighborhood.
Had a marvelous Mother's Day.
Had friends come over.
Tanner has acquired a new tooth.
Our neighbors gave us a tramp!
We've eaten cookies and milk.
Been to libraries.
Played Baseball with Dad.
Went on a Father and Sons Campout.
Tanner has also learned to scoot around everywhere and will pull himself up to anything. I think he is truly enjoying his freedom.
Marcus graduated from Preschool.
Other neighbors gave us this cool jungle gym.

And last, but not least, Rich (Brian's brother) came to visit.
It really has been another great couple of months. It makes me feel so blessed for all that I have. I sure love my life and am grateful for all of these wonderful blessing.

The Happiest Place on Earth...

It is true, we really did make the trek to Disneyland. We have so many pictures and I haven't wanted to sort through them all so I have just picked a few to share.
We took these three and made the long drive. They were all so good in the car - I am sure that with Tanner it would have been a different story. (Thanks again!)
These three also made the long drive and joined us at Mickey's place.
We rode rides like these that gave the largest smiles imaginable.
Met some big fuzzy Bears that would pound our heads and hug us so tight.
We got to ride the Matterhorn. They wouldn't let three go together so these two rode bravely together and I went by myself. It is crazy fast and it jerks you around, I was so nervous that they would hate it but they loved it and we did it again the next day! I was way proud of them.

Saw Peter Pan and his whole gang.
Rode the jumping horses.
Flew Rocket Jets.
Marveled at everything we saw.
Ate lunch on a train and traveled all the way back to the dinosaurs.
Met this pretty Lady, her husband, Jake, and Jackson on the last day at Disneyland. The boys sure love them...we do too!
Carter also set some new trends...I think it is catching on. ;0)
We love Captian EO!!
And we ended each marvelous day like this. It's how we roll in a hotel. I am a little nervous the boys will fall off, so we just put the whole mattress on the floor. They all slept great the whole trip, being in the Happiest Place on Earth is exhausting... It really was a fantastic time.

Water Days

On our trip to Disneyland, we also went to the beach and the Aquarium of the Pacific. Here are those pictures. The boys had the time of their lives at the beach. They even said that it was the best day of the trip! Marcus was hilarious and would shout out at the big waves... "Come to me big Papa!" No idea where he got that but it was funny.

Thanks All!

I have much to post but for now I want to thank the Grandma's for watching our little Tan Man. We left him with his Grandma's for a full week while the rest of us went to see this guy...
It really was SO hard to leave this smiley, drooling, happy-go-lucky boy! They really grow fast when they are this little. I now can't get enough of him!

He was spoiled by all. We left him with the Grandma's but was not only loved by them. Grandpa's, Uncles, Aunts, and even neighbors of Grandma Kathie adored our little boy!

Thank you so much for taking such good care of him. It was nice to know that he was in the best care possible. I know he had a fantastic time with each of you. We love you, and thank you all!
*Since we have come home he can now officially sit-up for more then a second. Thanks again!

A Quick Recap

Well as you all know I have been doing a very poor job at keeping this blog up to date. A lot of wonderful things have been going on. I have decided instead of going back through everything I will give you a quick recap of the happenings in the Lee family in no particular order.

First off, some of us are a year older...
Marcus turned 5 years old. He was so excited about turning 5 and even got to go skiing on his birthday. He is a great skier and LOVES it!
Ty got to go along this year as well and was quick to catch on but actually got a little bored of it...
Tyson also turned 4 and is getting a little too excited to grow up. Don't worry though they still do a lot of kids stuff...
Such as playing Peter Pan
Marcus plays the flippin', flappin', flyin' Peter Pan.
Tyson plays the Killin' Captian Hook.
And Carter is Smee. He is hard at work keeping up the ship. (I love his little tongue sticking out, it reminds me of my brother.)
Peter Pan and Hook finally stopped fighting just to teach this little man how to fight. (They
LOVE Tan Man)
We had some great visitors. Spencer and Alicia came just for fun, and fun we did have! Spencer and Brian went skiing while Alicia and I played with the boys. They even watched the boys while Brian and I went out. The boys sure love them. We found out they they are going to be giving our little boys a cousin! We are so excited for them.
Christmas came:
And, Christmas went.
But not before we all got a little wiser.
